The professional's new food safety thermometer. Designed specifically for the food service professional, the infrared thermometer is fast, accurate, and reads food surface temperatures without contact. That means no cross-contamination or damage to food products.
With its precise calibration, the infrared food thermometer can measure food surfaces to within ±1°C (2°F) over the critical temperature zone of 0 to 60°C (32 to 150°F), where harmful bacteria grows most rapidly. From salad bar to steam table, these infrared food thermometers provide the fastest way to monitor critical temperatures.
When used in conjunction with a conventional probe thermometer, the infrared food thermometer helps general food safety system surveillance by allowing the user to scan numerous food temperatures quickly and more often, according to the 1999 Federal Food Code. There is no faster way to monitor food temperatures in your daily HACCP routine, from the receiving dock to the dinner table.
Use it to assure safe
food temperatures at the receiving dock, for cold storage, in the
kitchen, in hold and cold holding and serving areas, and during cooling
and reheating. Also use this infrared food thermometer to
monitor temperatures of food service equipment such as the
refrigerator, oven, rotisserie, fryer, and the dishwasher.
Out-of-the-Box Virtual Instrument Suite PRO version Price: $450. ![]() Out-of-the-box virtual instrument suite with strip chart, oscilloscope, function generator, and rate generator No programming required Acquire, analyze, display data, and generate signals within seconds Easy to use software application which provides four virtual instrument applications used to graphically display and store input data—and generate output signals—within minutes of installing data acquisition hardware. The applications allow the user to customize appearance, store configurations for future use, save data to a file for export and—with the use of interactive hotspots—change settings while the application is running.
STRIP CHART: A 48-channel Strip Chart
application for logging and graphing data from analog, digital,
counter, and temperature inputs from one or more DAQ devices. Featured
are sampling at the speed of the board (up to 1
million samples per channel), triggering using an internal software
trigger, an external hardware trigger (or a timed interval trigger),
the ability to set alarm conditions, add comments (annotations) to the
display plot, and play back an acquisition.
OSCILLOSCOPE: A 4-channel Oscilloscope
application displays values acquired from analog inputs. Featured are
sampling at the speed of the board, triggering using an internal
software trigger or external hardware trigger, the ability to add a
reference or a math channel, display specific measurement values for
each channel, and scale channel data.
FUNCTION GENERATOR: A 16-channel
multi-waveform (sine, square, triangle, constant, saw tooth, and
custom) Function Generator application generates waveforms for analog
outputs at the maximum rate of the device. The
function generator displays the sample waveform, samples per cycle,
internal scan rate, and base frequency of the selected analog channel
output signal. The user can perform linear and logarithmic sweeps, and
change the phase, duty cycle, rate multiplier, and gate ratio of the
waveform. |

DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEMS LAB Price: $3599. ![]() Create complex applications in minimal time without programming Lets you build worksheets using graphical functions Implements real-time operations, including PID control Provides standard real-time displays (charts, meters, graphs) Provides complete library of computational functions including FFT analysis Includes generator functions to simulate inputs Connect to serial, OPC, ODBC, MODBUS, IVI, and TCP/IP based devices Supports data acquisition hardware from MCC, IOtech, and other vendors Includes a tutorial, functional examples, and on-line help The Data Acquisition Systems Lab offers real-time analysis, control, and the ability to create custom graphical user interfaces (GUIs). What’s more, in contrast to other graphical programming environments, which can require weeks of training to master, this Lab package has a very short user-learning curve. Many applications can be configured in a few minutes, rather than days or weeks. The Data Acquisition Systems Lab comes with all drivers and modules, all non-third-party optional add-on modules, and it supports up to 200 layouts. It includes net input/output modules to allow two different PCs to communicate with one another, FFT filtering and analysis controls, and a sequence generator for customized waveforms. |
